What uses credits?

Inpainting (editing a specific region of your render) uses 0.5 credits per edit and is included on every plan, including Free. Upscaling your render to higher resolution uses 1–2 credits depending on the target size and is available on every paid plan — and on the Free plan once you have bought a credit pack. Credit costs are the same across every plan.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?

Yes! Credit packs are available for one-time purchase: 10 credits for €15, 50 credits for €50, or 100 credits for €90. Credit pack purchases never expire and stack on top of your monthly subscription credits, so you can stock up before a busy month without committing to a higher plan.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes — your subscription credits roll over and keep stacking month to month; they don’t expire at the end of a billing cycle. Credit-pack purchases never expire either. It all sits in one balance, so you can build a buffer for your busy months.

Can I change plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you’ll be charged the prorated difference immediately and gain instant access to the new plan’s features and credits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle so you keep your current plan’s benefits until then.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, the Free plan gives you 5 credits every month — enough to try out VizBase and see the quality of the renders before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required to sign up, and the free credits renew each month.

Question 6

What happens to my renders if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your renders are yours to keep — all images you generated belong to you and can be used commercially. After cancellation, you’ll retain access to download all your existing renders. Your projects will be archived and accessible in read-only mode for 90 days, giving you plenty of time to export everything you need.
