A default space holds the studio’s work; scoped teamspaces hold a client or a competition on their own. Nestable folders keep phases tidy, members join by email invite, and a per-project activity feed shows who changed what.
One budget for the whole team
Optionally fund a shared credit pool for a teamspace. Members rendering on team projects draw from it, inside a monthly cap and a per-member cap you set. Leave it off and everyone simply renders on their own credits.
The studio specifies from one set
Switch on the shared material library and everyone saves to and browses the same collection. Boards created in a teamspace are visible to the team, so reviews happen where the work is.
Clients see results, never your working files
Share a project with a view-only link that expires after 30 days. It shows the renders and nothing else: no prompts, no settings, no edit access. When the conversation should be two-way, share a board instead.

Questions about Teamspaces
Do team members need their own subscription?
Members join with their own Vizbase account on any plan, including Free. Seats come from the workspace owner’s plan: 2 on Starter, 5 on Pro, 10 on Studio, counted across all your teamspaces.
How does the shared credit pool work?
It is optional and off by default. When the owner enables it, members rendering on team projects draw the owner’s balance, inside a monthly cap and a per-member cap. Outside the pool, members spend their own credits.
Can clients see work without joining the team?
Yes. Create a view-only link for a project: it expires after 30 days and shows results only, never your prompts or settings. Boards have their own share links with view or edit access.
Is there per-seat billing?
No. One subscription covers the team; your plan sets how many seats you have. Upgrading the plan is the only way pricing changes.
